Women In Consulting Community Discussion | Barbie Movie Discussion Group

The summer blockbuster movie "Barbie" is not just a movie about a doll. Whether a fan of Barbie since childhood or someone new to her world, many leave the theater with a lot to contemplate. As noted by Manohla Dargis in her review for the NY Times, "If Barbie has been a culture-war hot spot for about as long as it's been on the shelves, it's because the doll perfectly encapsulates changing ideas about girls and women: our Barbies, ourselves."
Join us on Wednesday, Sept 6th at 3:30 pm CT when the Women in Consulting Community will discuss the movie's themes of self-discovery and empowerment, friendship and collaboration, and inclusivity and diversity.
